So, you have a new product or service you would like to launch. How do you create the ‘buzz’? Where do you start?

First of all at Marketing Branch, we look at the product or service you have and write down who the people are that would benefit from your product? Think about the people that would buy from you. When talking about your product show a compelling picture of how it’s going to make their life better. That’s what gets people excited.

There are various ways of delivering the news!

  1. Run Ads on social media platforms, look at your demographic and decide which is the best platform to start delivering, there may be more than one. Facebook, LinkedIn,

. For example, you can use Facebook to create a buzz around your post and new product and in return for them signing up to a lead form, which they can have something in return, such as a discount or free trial.

  2. Organise giveaways and contests. One of the most effective ways to create a buzz and followers of your new product is to have a competition that will inspire people to want and share your new product launch.

  3. Create videos. A great way to communicate the features and benefits of your product is to create a video. Even if you haven’t enough budget for a full professional video there are plenty of animation videos for businesses. A great way to quickly and efficiently get the message across.

  4. Influencer marketing is a marketing form that focuses on identifying influential individuals and leveraging them to reach specific audience segments. Utilising influencers is a sure-fire way to build a following before you have launched and create the audience you are looking for. You can use various tools and platforms to find relevant influencers. Always ensure to find and collaborate with the influencers whose personalities align with your brand and product.

  5. Take pre-orders of your product. This is a great way to cause a wave of curiosity, and to keep your loyal customers happy. You can offer the product to your loyal customers first who will no doubt share with the community.
